At Aggerson Herbs, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below to understand the process and requirements.
You may request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner or a tracking number has been generated, it is considered “In Transit” and can no longer be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID through one of the following methods:
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may choose to refuse the package at the time of delivery or follow our Refund and Returns Policy to return the product after it arrives (subject to the 15-day return window and the unboxing video requirement). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for orders canceled after dispatch.
