At Aggerson Herbs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be processed.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues with your order, a clear, uncut video of the package being opened (unboxing) is mandatory for all claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, certain types of goods are not eligible for return. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our support team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product and the provided unboxing video.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the provided email address.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective (subject to the unboxing video requirement).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our support address, and we will provide instructions on where to send the product for an exchange. Your order will be exchanged, and a replacement will be delivered within 7 days
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide the unboxing video and photographs of the damage to expedite the replacement or refund process.
To return your product, you should contact us for the specific return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
